For an established automotive company with multiple locations in Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein, we are looking for an experienced professional in automotive service consulting within the premium vehicle sector.

Deine Aufgaben
- Professional support and consultation of customers in the service department
- Vehicle reception as well as creation and processing of workshop orders
- Analysis of customer requests and technical consultation regarding maintenance and repair services
- Preparing cost estimates and coordinating required work
- Acting as the link between customers, workshop teams, and internal departments
- Planning and monitoring workshop appointments
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the entire service process
- Maintaining customer data and documenting service orders

Anforderungen
- Completed vocational training in the automotive field, either technical or commercial, such as automotive mechatronics, automotive sales, or a comparable qualification
- Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience as a Service Advisor in a car dealership
- Experience with premium vehicle brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Audi, BMW, or comparable manufacturers is an advantage
- Good knowledge of vehicle technology and repair processes
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Confident handling of modern IT and service management systems
- Very good German language skills (minimum B2 level)
