We, the hello jobs team, are looking for reinforcements on behalf of our partner! Are you an experienced welder (m/f/d) looking for a long-term, permanent position in Germany? Then apply now! Feel free to speak with us in German, English, or Croatian.
Your Tasks
- Independent execution of welding work in the thin sheet metal sector according to specifications
- Assembly, tacking, and low-distortion welding of structures, parts, and assemblies
- Determining and setting up the welding sequence and technique (MAG, spot, and stud welding)
- Independent reading of plans and checking delivered parts for dimensional accuracy
- Quality control, documentation of test results, and elimination of defects
- Straightening and cleaning (fine grinding) of the manufactured assemblies

- Attractive starting salary depending on experience (€2,391 up to €2,600) plus performance-related bonuses
- 38-hour week with a flexible flextime model (early start in summer from 5:00 AM possible
- core working hours Mon-Thu 8:35 AM – 2:30 PM, Fri 8:35 AM – 11:30 AM)

Your Profile
- Completed subject-specific training with at least 6 months of professional experience (missing certifications can be acquired on site!)
- Confident mastery of the MAG welding process
- TIG skills are desirable
- Very good knowledge of German, as the independent reading of construction plans is essential
- Precise, solution-oriented, structured, and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, and commitment to working in a diverse, international team
