Your Tasks
- Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to source candidates in Czech Republic
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates’ qualifications for roles like truck drivers, painters, and electricians
- Collaborate with our International Sales Consultant and our Managing Director to ensure seamless recruitment processes
- Maintain an updated pipeline of potential candidates for future roles
- Schedule interviews and liaise between candidates and clients
- Accurately document candidate profiles in our systems

Your Profile
- Fluency in English (spoken and written), additional Czech is a bonus
- Proven experience in international recruitment, with a focus on Czech Republic
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects independently
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, recruitment software, or ATS systems is a plus
